The device contains welding sponge 1 located above the conveyor 2. at a level that allows the neck 3 of the moving on the conveyor 2 of the pack 4 to enter the gap between the jaws. 1 almost along the middle line.
Welding jaws 1 have flat facing each other working surfaces, which can be coated with any material, such as tetrafluoroethylene. In the preferred embodiment, in the welding jaws 1 can be made internal channels for coolant, for example WATER 5 providing cooling during welding of the neck 3 of the package 4.
The welding jaws 1 are mounted on the supporting elements 5 and 6 with the possibility of reciprocating movement, the supporting element 5 (see Fig. 1) being H-shaped, and the element 6 being rectangular. The legs of the H-shaped carrier 5 are parallel to the longer ptorons of the rectangular carrier 6, outside and a little off. and the transverse middle part of the carrier element 5 is located under the carrier element 6. The carrier elements 5 and 6 are fixed to the base 7 of the device and connected to it with sheet 8 and 9, each carrier element being associated with four sheet springs. The attachment points of the leaf springs 8 and 9 to the base are located under the welding jaws 1. The H-shaped supporting member 5's crossbar serves as a support for one of the welding jaws 1, which is installed in such a way that its working surface faces the opposite welding sponge 1 installed on one of the the short sides of the rectangular carrier element 6. At the opposite short side of the rectangular carrier element 6 and the side of the cross member of the I-shaped carrier element 5 facing it are the connecting elements IO

and 1I, respectively, for connecting the bearing members 5 and 6 with a piston 12, which is included in the drive. The connecting elements 10 and 1I are fastened in grooves made in carrier 1, their elements 5 and 6, respectively, with the possibility of rotation relative to the horizontal bearing elements 5 and 6.
At the upper end of the rod 12, below the axes of the carriers 5 and 6, a horizontal axis is established, around which the connecting elements 10 and 11 can freely rotate.
The device works as follows.
The bag 4 is moved on the conveyor 2 to a position centered relative to the divorced welding jaws 1. Then, using the actuator, the strips 12 move vertically upwards and lifts the ends of the connecting elements 5 and 6 attached to it, and the connecting elements 10 and hinged in the supporting elements 5 and 6 P is consumed. As a result, the carrier 5 is displaced to the right, and the carrier 6 is displaced to the left. As the rod 12 moves in the guide bases 7, the movement of the supporting elements 5 and 6 occurs symmetrically, and the welding jaws 1 converge exactly in the center, directly under the longitudinal center line of the conveyor 2. In this case, the leaf springs 8 and 9 are bent, as a result welding jaws 1 move. not exactly horizontally towards each other, but with a certain turn downwards coinciding with the turn made by the walls of the neck 3 of the packet 4 when they are closed. This makes it possible to reduce the sliding of the working surfaces of the welding jaws 1 relative to the walls of the neck 3 of the stack 4 and to ensure an improvement in the quality of the weld.
